Why is my traffic going up but enquiries are flat?

Because traffic and enquiries are two different jobs. Rising traffic often means more curiosity visits or more overseas sessions, neither of which was ever going to buy. Segment your traffic by intent and geography before you conclude the site is working, then check whether the pages that get reads are the same ones that feed enquiries. They usually are not.

Should I use a form or WhatsApp on my Singapore site?

Offer both, and make WhatsApp obvious. Local buyers lean heavily toward messaging because it is faster and lower commitment than a long form. Keep a short form for people who prefer it, but do not force a warm visitor through eight fields when a message would have started the conversation.

How fast should I reply to a new enquiry?

As fast as you realistically can, ideally within the hour during working times, because the buyer almost certainly messaged other vendors too. The order of replies often decides who wins, not the quality of the pitch. Put a simple system behind the inbox so follow up does not depend on one person noticing.

Will more SEO or ads fix an empty inbox?

Not on its own. If the handoff from visit to enquiry is broken, more traffic just leaks out faster and costs more. Fix the biggest tap first, then scale traffic once the page and follow up can actually convert it.

What is speed to lead?

Speed to lead is how quickly you respond after someone enquires. It is one of the most under managed levers in Singapore SMEs because enquiries tend to land in a personal inbox with no system behind them. The widely cited HBR study on online sales leads points to fast contact mattering a lot, and while it is older US data, the direction holds up in practice. Start with the tap that made you wince. If it was your reply times or the enquiry that sits over the weekend, look at building a proper lead capture and follow up system for Singapore before you spend another dollar sending more visitors to a site that keeps letting them slip away.
